L'îlot de Campionna se trouve face à la petite plage du même nom, à l'E de la cala Piscinni. Il ne faut pas passer entre l'îlot et le continent car de nombreux rochers occupent l'espace.

L'isolotto di Campionna si trova davanti alla spiggia dello stesso nome, all'E della cala Piscini. Non passa tra l'isola e il continente, come molte rocce occupano lo spazio.
