Sailing Guide

Sardinia is the second largest island in the Mediterranean. Sardinia was made a self-governing region of Italy in 1948.

Sardinia offers coves and beaches relatively quiet. In the North as in the South the sailor will find there many anchorages.
The northern beaches are rather rocky, unlike those of the South, long and sandy. Northeast, the sixty-two islands of the Maddalena Archipelago, dotted with scrub, pine and oak trees, creeks, are conducive to walking. In the same region, the Aga Khan has transformed a desert into a tourist coast luxury busy, the Costa Smeralda. Hotels and holiday villages are legion, but the ribs, rock, helping to diversify the activities (sailing, diving, surfing).
On the west coast, a succession of beaches and rugged coastline lead to the other seaside resorts.

Sardegna offre insenature e spiagge relativamente tranquille.
