La tour espagnole de Lazzaretto (XVII ème siècle) s'élève en bas et à droite d'un promontoire rocheux débordé par des rochers bas qui bordent, au S, l'anse Lazzaretto. La tour est une propriété privée.
On mouille par 14 m, à environ 0,2 MN à l'E de la tour, au large de la belle plage Lazzaretto.
