One mile from the ICW on the Dania Cutoff Canal. South of Port
Everglades in Dania Beach, Florida, between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale with no bridges between the marina and the ocean. It's located near the Ft. Lauderdale International Airport and there are many hotels in the area. Additionally, it's just a few minutes drive from beautiful Ft. Lauderdale beach.

The entrance into the canal is at ICW Marker 35. The marina has 11 feet of water in the canal and 7 feet of water in the protected basin. The docks are stationary with tie-off pilings and finger piers.

Slips are available for yachts to 80' in length and with a 7' draft.

A un mile de la ICW sur le canal de Dania. Au Sud de Port
Everglades, à Dania Beach, en Floride, entre Miami et Ft. Lauderdale, sans ponts entre la marina et l'océan. Il est situé près du Fort Lauderdale
International Airport et il y a beaucoup d'hôtels dans la région. En outre, c'est juste à  quelques minutes en voiture de la belle plage de Lauderdale.
L'entrée dans le canal est à ICW borne 35. La marina dispose de 3,3 m d'eau dans le canal et 2,1 m d'eau dans le bassin protégé. Les quais sont stationnaires avec des pieux d'amarrage au large et des appontements.
