The harbor is located at W from Castelsardo that stands on a small promontory, 4 NM NE of Punta Tramontana.
Beware: by N-NW winds, a big swell is formed at mouth of the harbor. Secca di Castelsardo (11 m depth) is 5,5 NM N harbour. Secca di Punta Spinosa, (9 m depth) lies about 1 NM W of Castelsardo.

Le port se situe à l'W du village de Castelsardo qui s'élève sur un petit promontoire, 4 MN au NE de punta Tramontana.
Attention: par forts vents de N-NW, une grosse houle se développe à l'entrée, la rendant difficile. La secca di Castelsardo à 11 m de profondeur, est à 5 MN au N du port. Des hauts-fonds (secca di Punta Spinosa) se trouvent à 1 MN à l'W de Castelsardo, à une profondeur de 9 m.

Il porto si trova a W di Castelsardo che si erge on un piccolo promontorio, a 4 MN a NE da Punta Tramontana.
Attenzione: quandi sono venti di N-NW, una grande mare mosso si forma all' imboccatura del porto. Secca di Castelsardo (fondali: 11 m) si trova a 5,5 MN a N del porto. Secca di Punta Spinosa, (9 m di fondali) si trova a circa 1 MN all'W di Castelsardo.
