Her Majesty's Naval Base (HMNB) Devonport , is one of three operating bases in the United Kingdom for the Royal Navy. It is the largest naval base in Western Europe and is the sole nuclear repair and refuelling facility for the Royal Navy.

Elle dispose de 15 cales sèches, et emploie plus de 2 500 hommes, militaires et civils. HMNB Devonport est le port d'attache des navires amphibies et de la moitié des frégates de la Royal Navy, et sert également de base d'entraînement.
