Oltra is a port city located on the Ankaran NE side of the Bay of Koper from 1.2 M to the E tip Grossa. Open to the winds of O and W. You can anchor along the inner and outer area of the wharf, but it is dangerous by wet winds from S and W.

Ouvert aux vents du S et d'W.
On peut mouiller le long de la zone interne et externe du quai, mais il est dangereux de mouiller par vents de S et d'W.
