Starigrad-Paklenica is at the entrance of the National Park Paklenica, located at the foot of the Velebit Mountains. The Bora is at its maximum in this part of the channel Velebitska and we can get to that Starigrad only by calm weather. Even under these conditions, the breeze in the afternoon makes the NW side of the wharf uncomfortable. Strong W winds are dangerous. Starigrad-Paklenica is only a dock, wearing a fire, with funds of up to 3 m 1 m board.
