Description

Porto Giunco bight is entered between Punta Molenti and Capo Carbonara. Giunco tower, partly in ruins,stands on the summit of a small promontory, 64m high, 1 mile N of Capo Carbonara.

Anchorage can be taken, in a depth of 18m, sand and weed, about 0.7 mile ENE of this tower, between dei Berni beacon and the coast.
Beware, this bay is open to NE and SE winds and it is not suitable to anchor in this weather.

La baie Giunco s'ouvre entre la pointe Molentis et le cap Carbonara. La tour Giunco, en partie en ruine s'élève au sommet d'une petit promontoire de 64 m de haut, à 1 MN au N du cap Carbonara.

On mouille par 18 m sur fond de sable et d'algue, à 0,7 M à l'ENE de la tour Giunco, entre la balise dei Berni et la côte.
Attention, cette baie est ouverte au NE et SE et il n'est pas recommandé d'y ancrer par ce temps.

Porto Giunco si apre tra la punta Molentis e il capo Carbonara. La torre Giunco, in parte rovina si trova in cima da un piccolo promontorio alto di 64 m, a 1 MN N di Capo Carbonara.

Si ancora da 18 m su fondo di sabbia e alghe, 0,7 MN all'ENE dalla torre Giunco, tra il tag dei Berni e la costa.
Attenzione, questa baia è aperta al NE e SE e non è consigliabile gettare l'ancora in questo tempo.
