Description

La pointe des Sardinaux, à l'entrée du golfe de St Tropez, est une avancée basse, rocheuse où la mer peut briser dangereusement.
Deux tourelles S et E balisent les roches affleurantes de la Sèche à l'Huile et des Sardinaux qui débordent de 900m la pointe N à l'entrée du golfe de St Tropez. Les fonds sont plus accores du côté E mais des roches pointent entre les deux tourelles.
Attention près de la pointe des Sardinaux, à la roche couverte seulement de 0,80m de la basse Cougoulin à 430m dans le 75°.
Par vent d'E et mer agitée, la prudence commande de contourner les deux tourelles par le large. Elles sont séparées par la roche de la Garde.
