Centre d'instruction naval de Saint-Mandrier (CIN Saint-Mandrier) . Ce centre d'instruction de la Marine accueille en moyenne 1400 élèves ou stagiaires par jour. Il est implanté sur une vaste zone qui occupe toute la partie Est de la presqu'île. L'accès au port est réservé à la marine nationale.
