Cabo de Oropesa, located 9 miles NE of El Grao, is the low termination of Los Colls, a range of mountains with three conspicuous peaks. A light is shown from a tower with a dwelling, 13m high, standing on the cape. An old watch tower stands close to the light. Caution: Several marine farm areas lie offshore between Cabo de Oropesa and Peniscola. From the Cape of Oropesa and for ten miles, the coast is low and marshy. Cabo de Oropesa, situé à 9 MN au NE de El Grao, est une terminaison basse de Los Colls, une chaîne de montagnes avec trois pics remarquables. Un phare sur une tour avec une maison, de 13 m de haut, s'élève sur le cap. Une ancienne tour de guet se trouve à proximité du phare. A partir du cap de Oropesa et pendant une dizaine de milles, la côte est basse et marécageuse. Elle est débordée par des hauts-fonds rocheux qui la rendent malsaine jusqu'à 0,2 MN.
