Flag_En the best shelter is SW of Garden Key and the channel encircling it, where protection is afforded from NW winds.
However, the holding ground is poor, as boats drag anchor along the silty bottom.
Anchorage overnight is allowed in this area.

Flag_Fr Le meilleur abris se trouve au SW de Garden Key et le chenal qui l'encercle, où la protection des vents du NW est totale.
Cependant la tenue sur un fond vaseux n'est pas bonne.
Le mouillage de nuit est autorisé seulement dans cette zone.
