L'église sur la petite île reliée à la terre par une chaussée est remarquable.
Attention en arrivant dans la baie aux hauts-fonds avec des roches submergées.
Georgioupolis (Yioryioupolis) est un petit port à l'embouchure de la rivière Almiros dans Ormos Almirou.
Les fonds varient de 1,5 à 2,5 m, mais il vaut mieux faire une reconnaissance en annexe avant d'entrer.
S'amarrer le long du quai.
Bonne protection sauf par fort vent de N à NE.
