Porto Velho est un petit abri peu accessible.
La première partie de l'abri est impraticable pour les voiliers ! Truffé de roche, l'entrée est pire qu'un champ de mine. Si vous l'avez tout de même passé, vous êtes presque échoué car il y a peu de fond et peu de chance de faire demi-tour. Seules les baleinières peuvent entrer en ville par ici.
